Patient is a very healthy active young 40-year-old female who desired alleviation of discomfort in her shoulders and neck due to sagging breast. Her main concern however was to maintain a full figure, and did not want to accept significant scars. We were able to achieve a vertical reduction (Lollipop lift) style of breast lift with less than 300 g of tissue reduction. She is seen 6 months postop last cup size was 38DD
