Rhinoplasty – 2
Mid 40s female of ethnic descent desired correction of the wide lower third of her nose. She was unhappy with the tip appearance and desired a more narrow profile. We were able to achieve this by decreasing the alar base width, and adding some tip support with cartilage grafting and cartilage dome suturing to give her a more defined tip. It was a subtle nasal shape change that gave her better projection and balance of her nose but still maintained her ethnicity.
