Brow Lift – 1
60-year-old retiring anesthesiologist wanted to improve the lateral hooding and open the eyes further. Rather than remove skin from the upper eyelids, the brow was needed to be repositioned. He underwent temporal brow lift only without removal of skin giving him an improved eye aperture opening and correction of the hooding. Not all excess skin procedures of the eyelid need to be excised. A careful evaluation between eyelid ptosis and brow ptosis needs to be done to determine the reason for hooding.
