Rhinoplasty – 1
This pleasant mid 30s female and nasal obstruction and a deviated septum as her primary complaint. She also desired correction of the drooping tip and a better appearance to the tip of the nose. She underwent corrective nasal surgery with a septoplasty, improving the position of the septum at the base of the nose and improving her airway. On the frontal view she has a better-defined tip with tip rotation and slightly decreased projection more in balance with her face. Also notice the correction of the boxy and square tip on the worm’s eye view to a more balanced, narrow and defined tip with correction of the nasal tip-dome cleft as well as the, repositioning of the septum to be straighter. She is overjoyed with her new nose and especially happy to be able to able to breathe at night without snoring!
