This 50 year old woman underwent a secondary facelift with fat injections to improve upon the midface descent and jowling, as well as improve the cheek volume. She is seen 4 months post op with improved neck contour, fuller malar-cheek region and correction of marrionette jowling. Scars are well healed and concealed without earlobe deformity.
