Face Lift – 4
This is a very pleasant, active 60 year old woman who desired improvement in her neck contour and face shape. She felt young enough inside and wanted to reflect that which she saw in the mirror. She underwent full facelift, submental liposuction with cervical mental contouring via a platysmaplasty. She also had fat grafting to the nasolabial fold and tear trough hollows. Her improvement in her neck is obvious (which she loves!) and her chin looks more projected and proportional just through diligent contouring of submental region. Her skin texture is improved as well as improved lid-cheek junction shadowing. Overall, its given her enhanced confidence and joy that she did this for herself.
