78 yo male with a functional problem of lack of peripheral field of vision. He has a combined issue of eyebrow ptosis, eyelid ptosis, and excess eyelid skin. With the help of an experienced oculoplastic surgeon, we combined the procedures with a direct brow lift, eyelid ptosis correction and upper eyelid skin excision. His scars (hidden directly in the brow hairline) are imperceptible. With corrected vision, and an improved periorbital appearance, he seems ready to face the day with a renewed sense of vigor and determination.
