45-year-old female exhibiting breast deflation and loss of projection with a desire for more fuller enhancement and volume to fill the upper cleavage. Patient had a breast lift with breast implants, in her case saline implants were chosen for peace of mind and ability to adjust shape and size while under anesthesia. Patient also had liposuction concurrently. She is very content with the outcome, exhibits more confidence and ability to wear clothing that accentuates her curves
