Breast Augmentation – 6
25-year-old female with narrow torso and frame desired breast augmentation to a D cup. Patient has relative asymmetry of the left breast in particular. We were able to restore natural anatomy using saline implants and reconstructing the inframammary fold. She went from an A cup to D cup with 450 cc moderate plus saline implant. She is confident and carries herself with more assertiveness and presence. She is here at 1 year post op.
