Breast Augmentation – 15
This is a very cheerful and pleasant 28-year-old female who desired increased projection and volume and fullness of her breasts. She is currently a D cup and wanted to be larger but more full all around with upper pole fullness. As noticed in her preop pictures there is a breast asymmetry with more breast ptosis on the right compared to the left. In order to give her better projection to correct the breast sagginess, she underwent a mastopexy-augmentation with a lollipop incision. Breast implants were placed in a subpectoral position. We used Natrelle Cohesive smooth, round 410 cc gel implants to give her the projection and volume that she desired. She is extremely happy, with more confidence that radiates in her personality.
