Breast Augmentation – 12
This is a 41-year-old mother of 3 children who desires breast enhancement to go along with her abdominoplasty or tummy tuck procedure. This combination of procedures is known as a mommy makeover. Her tummy tuck pictures are in a different gallery. She desired an enhancement with more volume in the upper pole of the breasts, and general fullness throughout. Interesting to note is that there is relative skin laxity and a lower appearing nipple on the left breast, as well as less volume on the right. This was treated with a crescent mastopexy, taking out an ellipse of skin to better match the level of the implant and breast. She does have a volume asymmetry and the gel implant were chosen to be larger on the right than the left to accommodate the size difference. She went from a B cup to a full C cup using Sientra HSC + silicone gel moderate plus profile implants. Right 385cc, Left 325cc. She’s very happy with the increased fullness in her breasts and more confidence these procedures afforded her.
