68 yo female desired periorbital rejuventation to help with the excess upper eyelid skin improve her appearance. She underwent a temporal brow lift, and upper blepharoplasty, seen here with a more cheerful and refreshed appearance. Note the dramatic correction of the lateral hooding. Post op at 8 months.
