Pleasant 68 yo female desired facial rejuvenation, especially the eyes and jowls. Even though she has what is considered a “heavy face”, appropriate repositioning and lifting of the sagging cheeks can produce a youthful appearance and a freshened look. This combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty immediately brightens the appearance and gives a revitalized spirit. Happy and bright inside and out is how I would describe her personality.
