Breast Augmentation – 10
Mid 30s female with athletic frame and athletic endeavors desired breast enhancement. Challenges in her case was a complete lack of breast tissue which required subpectoral placement. Silicone gel implants were chosen to best give the teardrop shape and natural ptosis of the breast. She has shown one year postop going from size A to full B cup.
