50-year-old male desired improvement in the periorbital region. Patient underwent quad blepharoplasty (upper and lower lids). His improvement is easily seen in the more awake and refreshed appearance. The lower eyelid skin is been removed giving him more smooth lid-cheek contour and youthful appearance.
