This patient had a large ventral and umbilical hernia that prevented her from effectively pursuing her martial arts sports. She underwent a full abdominoplasty without liposuction (given her lack of excess fat to contour), and is seen here after 6 months. She’s back to competition and enjoying her new wardrobe pleased with her result.
