This is a very cheerful young 20-year-old woman who leads an active lifestyle but felt impaired by her large breasts compared to her torso and body dimensions. She had developed early in high school, and felt plagued by the unnecessary attention, inability to participate in sports, and nagging shoulder and back pain. She had preoperative breasts of 32 DDD, with obvious breast asymmetry. We achieved a moderate reduction, creating more compact, reduced breasts but still maintaining her femininity. She has returned to a more active lifestyle, pleased with her decision to proceed with breast reduction. Seen here 6 month post op
