This mid-40s mother desired a Mommy Makeover with body contouring after pregnancy. She also had prior breast implants and differential implant sizes in each breast performed in the past. She desired breast implant removal with replacement and breast lift procedures. This case exemplifies the asymmetry every woman has with regard to her breasts. Despite this, a good contour and restoration to her breast projection was accomplished. The Mommy Makeover resulted in an excellent hourglass shape to her hips, back, and flanks.
