Very energetic and vivacious 60 yo woman desired facial rejuvenation, targeting primarily the neck and jowl regions. She had a sad, withdrawn appearance with midface descent and heavy nasolabial folds. She underwent a deep plane facelift with corset platysmaplasty, upper and lower blepharoplasty as well as fat grafting to orbit, malar and tear trough regions. She looks much more refreshed and youthful seen her only 6 months post op.
