23-year-old female with active lifestyle desired moderate to full enhancement of her breasts. Always has been self-conscious given her muscular frame that she has less femininity. She also desired to avoid animation deformity that can occur at the implants are placed in a submuscular position. Implants chosen were the Allergan extra high-profile responsive gel 470cc giving her much desired and improved breast shape and projection, going from A cup to a DD cup.
