This is a very athletic 56-year-old female who desired implant removal and replacement along with a tummy tuck: Combination procedure known as a mommy makeover. In this case she had breast implant removal and replacement at the same time as her tummy tuck procedure. She underwent removal of saline implants and replacement with Sientra HSC+ moderate plus smooth silicone gel implant 415 cc each. She went from C cup to full D cup.
