This is another tremendous Mommy makeover. Our patient is a busy self-employed business owner/mother who desired to undergo this dramatic transformation. She had a formal breast reduction with circumferential liposuction and a full tummy tuck. An interesting preoperative concern was her scoliosis of her spine. Please note the pictures indicate that it appears she is standing crooked: However this is the scoliosis that we had to contend with.
Her strength and fortitude during her recovery was nothing short of remarkable. Notice the improved contour, shape and symmetry of her breasts. The 360 degrees lipo-contouring also helps define her waist and hips with more shapely definition. Finally, the tummy tuck removes the unwanted and lax extra skin after pregnancy, with tightening the abdominal muscles. She is seen here 1 year post op, enjoying life, active in her community and fitting in clothes at least 2 dress sizes smaller than before!
